Kate Lalane has been a personal trainer for almost a decade. She brings positivity and enthusiasm with her wherever she goes and loves working with people. Kate is a certified CanFit Pro trainer since 2009 and a CrossFit Attendee in 2010. She has participated in IFH (International Fitness Holdings) Kettle bell and Olympic lifting workshops in 2012 and 2013. In 2016 Kate obtained her Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification and most recently acquired her Postnatal Specialist Certification in 2017.
Kate has always embraced an active lifestyle. With over 10 years of experience with Muay Thai kickboxing, a regular yoga practice, and an addiction to running in mud races with friends and family, her transition into the professional fitness industry was a natural one.
Her diploma in Performing Arts has been put to good use as she is able to weave playfulness into her training sessions to put her clients and at ease and keep them interested. Kate has a very active toddler and understands the physical and mental demands it puts on parents. Since experiencing pregnancy and child birth has an even more appreciation for what the body can do. Kate loves sharing her passion for fitness with others, and hopes to inspire others to get out and enjoy themselves!
